Draft — no lawyer has read this

This text is published so that a lawyer can review it, and that review has not happened. It is incomplete on purpose: every passage in SQUARE BRACKETS is a question still to be answered, including who operates iGame and which country's law applies. Do not rely on it as final terms.

Version 2026-09-09

Terms & Conditions

The rules for using iGame — what you may do here, what we may do, and how an account can end.

iGame is a free game, not a gambling service. Nothing can be deposited, nothing can be withdrawn, and the only thing that can be won is Coins, which have no value anywhere outside the game. If you are looking for somewhere to stake or win money, this is not it.

Who this agreement is with

iGame is operated by [OPERATING COMPANY LEGAL NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] under company number [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER] ("we", "us", "our"). These terms are the agreement between you and us, and they cover this website and every game on it.

You accept them when you create an account. If you do not accept them, do not create one.

What iGame is, and what it is not

iGame is a free-to-play social casino: casino-style games played with virtual Coins, for entertainment.

It is not a gambling service, and we say so plainly rather than in the small print. There is no deposit and no way to pay us. There is no withdrawal, no cash-out and no exchange. There is no prize of monetary value, and no prize of any other kind. Nothing you do here can win or lose money, and nothing you do here creates a debt in either direction.

Some games are described on this site before they can be played. A game listed as in development is not a promise that it will ship.

Who may play

iGame is for adults aged 18 or over. You may not use it if you are under 18, and you may not use it on behalf of someone who is.

We ask for your date of birth when you register and refuse the registration outright if it puts you under 18 — no account is created, and no e-mail is sent. If we later have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, we may close the account.

Where the law of your country sets a higher minimum age for services of this kind, that higher age applies to you instead.

Your account

Give us accurate details, and keep them accurate. An account is personal to you: do not share it, do not sell or transfer it, and do not open more than one.

Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you until you tell us otherwise, so tell us as soon as you think somebody else has got in. We will never ask you for your password.

We confirm your e-mail address by sending a link to it. Until that link is used, some parts of the service may stay closed to you.

Coins have no value

This clause is the one that matters most, so it is written without hedging.

Coins are not money, and they are not your property. They are a limited, personal, revocable licence to use a feature of a game — a number we maintain in our own records so that a game can be played. They are not a balance we owe you, not a credit, not a token, not a security, and not convertible into any of those.

It follows that:

  • Coins cannot be bought, sold, cashed out, redeemed, exchanged or transferred, to us or to anyone else.
  • Coins have no value outside iGame, and we place no value on them inside it.
  • Trading or selling Coins, an account, or access to an account, is prohibited, and we may close any account involved.
  • We may grant, adjust, expire or remove Coins, including correcting a balance produced by a fault or by conduct these terms prohibit.
  • If your account ends, for any reason, any Coins on it end with it. Nothing is owed to you for them.

Losing Coins costs you nothing, because they cost nothing. That is the whole design.

Fair play

Play the games as they are presented, by hand.

Do not use bots, scripts, macros, automation, emulators or any other tool that plays for you or plays faster than a person can. Do not use more than one account, and do not act together with other accounts to work around a limit.

If a game, a bonus or a balance behaves in a way that is obviously wrong and in your favour, stop and tell us. Carrying on is not a lucky day; it is the thing this clause exists to name. We may reverse the effect of a fault on a balance.

Outcomes are decided on our servers. Interfering with a game, its network traffic, or the code it runs in your browser is prohibited, whether or not it works.

What you may not do

  • Break the law, or use iGame to help someone else break it.
  • Pretend to be another person, or claim a connection to us that you do not have.
  • Post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or anything that names or exposes another person.
  • Advertise, spam, or collect other players' details.
  • Attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or try to reach parts of it that are not yours.
  • Copy, scrape or republish the site or its games, other than the ordinary personal use of reading a page and playing a game.
  • Get around a block on your account, or a restriction on your country.

Anything you post

You may write reviews and open support tickets. When a review is published, it shows your nickname — never your name, e-mail address or any other personal detail. Choose a nickname accordingly.

What you write stays yours. By posting it, you give us permission to show it on iGame and to keep a copy for our records. We may edit, refuse or remove anything posted, and we may decline to publish a review without giving a reason.

Suspending or closing an account

You may close your account at any time. What happens to your data afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, if an account is being used to harm other players or the service, if we are required to by law, or if the account holder is under 18 years of age. Where it is practical and lawful to tell you why, we will.

We may also stop offering iGame, or any game on it, at any time.

Where iGame is available

iGame is not offered everywhere. We may refuse access from a country outright, or let the site be read there while blocking play. Which countries those are is a setting we maintain and change, so it is not listed in this document: [WHERE THE AVAILABILITY LIST IS PUBLISHED, AND WHETHER IT HAS TO BE].

It is your responsibility to know whether using a service like this one is lawful where you are. Using a VPN, proxy or any other means to get around a restriction on your country is a breach of these terms.

The service is provided as it is

iGame is free, and it is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we do not promise that a game will always behave as intended — only that we will fix it when it does not.

We give no warranties beyond those that [GOVERNING LAW] does not allow us to exclude.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud.

Subject to that, and to the extent [GOVERNING LAW] allows: we are not liable for lost Coins, for a game outcome, for an account being suspended or closed under these terms, for loss of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Because iGame is free and Coins have no value, the loss of Coins is not a financial loss.

[LIABILITY CAP — TO BE SETTLED BY COUNSEL, AND CHECKED AGAINST THE CONSUMER LAW OF EVERY MARKET WHERE iGAME IS OFFERED.]

Changes to these terms

These documents are versioned by date. The version in force is shown at the top of this page, and the version you accepted is recorded against your account on the day you registered.

If we change them, we publish the new text here under a new date. Existing players are not currently asked to accept a new version, and there is no mechanism in place that tells you a version has changed: [HOW MATERIAL CHANGES ARE NOTIFIED TO EXISTING PLAYERS, AND WHETHER CONTINUED USE IS TREATED AS ACCEPTANCE].

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW]. Any dispute arising out of them is for [DISPUTE FORUM].

If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in, including the right to bring proceedings there where that law says you may.
